Selecting "ACCEPT" will take you to our order form. Only completed forms will be processed. All calculations will be performed on the order form. When you have successfully completed the order form and press "Submit" to continue, you will be taken to PayPal's secure site. Only one line item, showing the order number and the order total, will be displayed on the PayPal site. A copy of the order will be sent to the email address specified on the order form.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
