Brockville, ON (OPENPRESS) November 27, 2007 -- Within the first three months of the public release of the CAPCAN Inc.’s CORVUS™ box, consumer interest in the product was overwhelming.

When the product was released in the Spring, consumer interest in the CORVUS™ box quickly exceeded corporate expectations. When asked why they were interested in the box, the main reasons consumers cited were the unique features, the generally universal fit, the quality and the available colors.

Positive attention to the box was not limited to retail consumers, but extended to include major corporations and dealers/distributors. To date, one corporation has proposed that CAPCAN Inc. manufacture the CORVUS™ box as an official licensed product, with their logo on the face of the box, and distributed through their marketing channels. This project agreement should be finalized in early 2008.

While all of this has been going on, the staff at CAPCAN Inc. has been continuing to work on ways to enhance their customers’ experience: be it through improvements to the CORVUS™ box, or one of the many contact channels available to them. Listed below are some of the areas that CAPCAN Inc. has been focusing on:

• A modification has been made to the design of the box, so the top lid is more easily opened.

• Material and hardware costs have been reviewed and new shipping contracts have been negotiated. The result is a lower price to the consumer. An important consideration throughout this process was that product quality would not be compromised.

• The web-site has been modified significantly, with the intent of maintaining a simple layout while providing more detailed and comprehensive information.

• For a small, one time charge, companies now have the opportunity to brand the box with their own logo (replacing the CORVUS™ logo).
